Teacher, student, author and educator. Diana brings decades of holistic and teaching experience, she loves to blend modern teachings with the timeless wisdom of Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine to support others find balance and harmony in their lives.

Emma Saunders
Emma began her yoga journey humbly at The Hose of Yoga by volunteering, soon after the South West London studio doors opened, over 10 years ago. She quickly became an integral part of the studio as Leader of Success growing and running a strong team and brining yoga and transformation to hundreds of people.
After the arrival of her eldest child she listened to the calling of the Welsh valleys and returned home to focus on growing her own family and founded Simply Self Care, providing yoga and wellness in Abergavenny, South Wales.
Yoga training programmes continue to be a driving passion. As a lead mentor for THE WAY she coaches her students to find their fullest expression and step into their personal power.

Dan Morgan
Dan is an international E-200 RYT Yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher, plus a Teacher Trainer, YACEP, Transformational Coach and Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist.
For almost a decade Dan has had the pleasure of teaching practitioners of all levels all around the world. Dan’s passion is to inspire the masses to discover a healthy balance in the way that they teach each live their lives, to live a life that truly resonates with their authentic selves.
Dan’s teaching ethos has always focused on using the physical practice of yoga as a gateway to explore the yoga practice as a deeper way of being. By using yoga asana, breathwork and meditation as a way to ground into the present moment to move deeper into self understand, consciousness and awareness.
