  • A Fusion of Ancient & Modern

    Explore how Taoism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Qigong influenced the development of Yin Yoga as we know it today

  • Mind-Body-Breath Connection

    Learn mindfulness and pranayama techniques to calm the mind and the nervous system to develop a deeper awareness of the mind-body-breath connection

  • The Communication Matrix

    Understand why the intricate connection between the body’s fascial network, nervous system, and the breath is optimal for wellbeing

  • The Five Element Theory

    Gain a deep understanding of The Five Element Theory, explore the relationship of the flow of Qi, the vital organs, including the essence of Jing & Shen

  • The Yin Poses

    Learn 24 fundamental Yin Yoga poses. Explore how they relate to The Five Element Theory and map the 12 main paired yin & yang meridians

  • The Art of Healing

    Integrate energy practices from Qigong and the healing practice of Yoga Nidra to guide students into deep rest and relaxation
